Production process of zirconia beads

1. Raw materials

First of all, we must choose good raw materials. The quality of zirconia powder directly affects the quality and grinding performance of zirconia beads. The particle size of the zirconia powder raw material will also directly affect the wear resistance of the beads.

2. Sintering aid

The second is the sintering aid and the sintering process. The sintering aid is used to reduce the sintering temperature, thereby improving the microstructure of the zirconia ceramic and improving its wear resistance. Among them, the temperature of the products we control during the sintering process is higher than that of other manufacturers in the industry, and the products are more stable and compressive. In addition, we strictly control the gates of each production technology to avoid the appearance of substandard products.

3. Forming

There are currently two forming methods on the market: roll forming and isostatic pressing. These two molding technologies have changed other molding defects such as hollow and layered unevenness.
