Roll forming of ceramic grinding balls

The effect of the roll forming method on the preparation of zirconia ceramic ball blanks and the effect of sintering temperature on the volume density, crushing strength and self-wear performance of the ceramic grinding balls. The results show that the submicron level 3mol% produced by the gel solid phase synthesis method Y_2O_3-ZrO_2 ceramic powder is suitable for the preparation of spherical blanks with high volume density, good roundness and uniform size by rolling method.
