Test method for self-wearing of ceramic grinding balls

1. Weigh 700g of ceramic grinding balls, adjust the temperature of the oven to 110°C, and dry to constant weight. After cooling in a desiccator, weigh it with an analytical balance and record it as M1. Place the ball in a ball mill jar.

2. Add 300ml of distilled water to the ceramic grinding ball mill jar.

3. Put the ball mill pot into the fast mill, the speed of the fast mill is 500rpm.

4. Grinding time 1h.

5. Wash the ball after grinding, adjust the temperature of the oven to 110℃, and dry to constant weight. Place in a desiccator and cool, weigh with an analytical balance and record it as M2.
